Anonymity on the Internet isn’t just for the Trolls
Author: admin | Filed under: Animals, Animation, Funny, Geek
I think kids today (and people in general) put far too much of themselves on the internet. They are too quick to tell you where they work, what school they go to and show you pictures of their face from every angle. Such behavior can be dangerous, not only are you practically inviting creeps to stalk you irl but you are giving them all the tools they need to track you. Not to mention everything you do on the internet is saved forever and can always be used against you in the future, sound paranoid? Sorry, it is just a fact.
You can be yourself without giving away all the details of your life, trust me, I do it just fine. Be safe, if you use Facebook please set your profile to private, protecting yourself just a little bit can go a long way. You wouldn’t trust a random stranger on the street with your personal information so don’t trust random internet crawlers with it either.

“Chris” has a hilarious website. The content is hysterical throughout his blog and the comments are extra extra win. It appears obvious that he writes a lot of the comments himself under aliases but I know a great deal of them are written by other people as well, even people I know from SU.. So… Really you should just go to his site, read the comments and enjoy browsing his content. I hope he writes some new stuff soon, he’s such a crack-up!
After stumbling onto “Project Kickass” I looked around and found Chris on StumbleUpon. Its unlikely I would have ever wondered onto his site on my own, I owe the Stumble Button a big ty on this one, yay stumbling! I hereby deem him a Star Stumbler.
I ♥ funny bloggers. Chris is a bit “anit-geek” and I still like him (a lot), that should tell you something right there. I snagged up the first few comments on the post for this shirt so you could see what I mean:
Matty T says:I can easily see that and I’m colorblind :/ nice try though.
Carson says:
I can easily see that and I’m not colorblind :/ nice shirt
Marly says:
Hey Nick! If your colorblind, then how’d ya know that the shirt was red and green, huh?
Hannah says:
Uh, Probably because he is only colorblind to red and green? He said Red-Green colorblind, in which he can see other colors BESIDES red and green.
I’m completely blind and unerilwvnsjnzjipushg894r-qr8gw-9rehenauhui huwhpgguwpgfwqpo ewioqfpj irgww-gpjerw.
Erin says:
The point is that the colorblind cannot see the words. So the colorblind will not know he “secretly loathes” them. You are not colorblind. You can read the words. lrn2humor.
Arianna says:
No, the point is that you can only see the heart if you’re colorblind…not the words inside of it….
Nick says:
Same as Matty. I’m red-green colorblind and that’s clear as day.
I am mostly deaf and I can see it as well! Read the rest of this entry »
